Interesting read so far. I used to live in Cedar City working as a ski instructor at Brian Head (now living back home in Richmond, VA), and it makes it more intriguing. After dating a Mormon for 4 months and becoming very close to her family and friends, I have gone on a Mormon education frenzy (UTBH is not for education though). Too bad we ignored the fact early on in the relationship that the religious differences would pose a problem. It wasn't until after our break-up that I actually learned what our differences are.

When did you work at Brianhead? Suzzy Parry is one of my best friends. I worked there just a while ago. Back when Suzzy ran chair 3 and Burt owned it all.

I worked at Brian Head the last two winters. I don't recognize the name Suzzy Parry, and I never met the owners, but I was really close with most of the employees. I also lived and worked in Park City last summer, so I have a real fondness for the state. My ex lived in Sugarhouse in SLC. Let me tell you...that is a great place to live. Oh, and B.H. is finally going to get a high speed quad! Thank goodness! PM me if you want to chat more.

Well Suzzy retired about 6 years ago. Bob Goldhirch will remember me, and Doug Dueschlander. That gives you an idea of my age. I was the orginal Easter Bunny way back when.
Funny I lived in Park City for a few years and moved away in 94. I got to break in the places before you got there.

Hypocrisy
I'm do not support Mr. Green's actions but isn't it interesting how Jerry Lee Lewis got away with marrying his 13 year old cousin without prosecution. I realize he's dead now but you gotta wonder if he would be charged with the same crime as Mr.Greene if he were living.

Polygamy as it was first started by the LDS church back in the 1800's was not as it is today. Back then it was not wide spread, and YOu ahd to be deemed worthy to be able to practice it. When Utah became a state, polygamy was abolished by the LDS church. What has morphed is no longer remotely like what it was. The women are just a step above cattle. I personally would not get involved in it. Yet if one of those ladies wanted to be my friend, I would be their friend. I do have one polyg friend. Funny thing is she is thought of as radical, and her and her family were kicked out for not lock stepping to everything Warren Jeffs dictated. Today's version makes me cringe. (I still wouldn't have done it back in the 1800's) Now if they let you have more than one hubby.....J/K
