Default Non-LDS people in Eagle Mountain

Hello,
This is not a LDS bashing post!

I just moved to the Ranches in Eagle Mountain UT. I'm from Los Angeles and I'm not LDS. This thread is to try to find other non-LDS people in the area. I like to have a few beers with friends every now and again. My Girl friend and I like to drink some crown and play some video games, we also like to go out and shoot pool or bowl or something along those lines.

Other times we like to go shooting, off-roading, movies, hiking, camping, and working on our new house.

We are not alcoholics we just like to have a good time.

I just though I would post this here and see if there are other people that like similar things.

I don't know anyone out there, but there is a place called five mile pass probably 15 minutes south of eagle mountain passed Saratoga Springs. maybe you've already heard of it, but tons of people go off-roading there. Also passed Saratoga, west of Utah Lake i always see people shooting on the west side of the highway.

up at eagle mountain, you're close enough to slc that you probably would be better off heading north for fun. not a whole lot of that south of point of the mountain.

Because of the housing costs many of your neighbors are non-LDS young families. Non-LDS families who grew up in Utah have a hard time making communities because we were less involved in our original communities. If you are looking for a bar, there is one right off the freeway in Draper called Donkey Tails. It's attached to Guadalahonky's restaurant.

Btw all you mentioned can be done without drinking. Drinking is not what makes it a good time. Did you really think Mormons have no fun times?

As a man of science and a person not predisposed towards addictive behaviors I can say that without question, having fun with beer is much more fun than fun without beer. No contest.

I can have fun without beer, yes, just like I can enjoy pizza without pepperoni, ice cream without sprinkles and Moderator cut: inappropriate language ; but dammit! I'm an adult; I can have it all!

Oh a man of science Well I had fun with and without alcohol in my life and found out for me that it makes no difference if I have a fun time or not.
If you enjoy a good drink, fine have it. If you need it to have fun or have a nice evening there is something wrong.

It also depends on the person and the amount of alcohol... some it turns into nightmares...
