Bluffdale haw a few areas that are still 1+ acres. Look for the intersection of Bangerter and Redwood Road. If you drive Bangerter then you will see signs lining the intersections saying "1 acre lots for sale" and so forth. You can nearly guarantee that any land in Bluffdale or Herriman will be horse properties. Blufdale has more mature trees though. Herriman is mostly 1/2 acres communities.
