This is what was in the article I linked:

85-acre mixed-use development just down the road from Cabela’s

* Five-star hotel (would be Utah’s tallest building at 450 feet high)
* 2,000-seat basketball arena
* 2,499 residential and commercial units
* An upscale shopping center
* Restaurants
* Wakeboarding lake

bob, did you go to eggalegga's link?

Salt Lake Tribune - Ready to share the vision

"The plans - still conceptual at this point - call for 2,499 residential and commercial units, an upscale shopping center, restaurants and a 450-foot-high hotel that would surpass Utah's tallest high-rise, the 435-foot-high LDS Church Office Building in Salt Lake City."

Upscale meaning maybe a Neiman-Marcus or Bloomingdale's, or
(stores I stay away from)

There are two developments, actually. The 85 acre one just past Cabella's is actually planned for the empty area near Point of the Mountain. The last I heard it is still in "dream" phase and Lehi had not approved it. The largest outlet mall in Utah will be at Traverse Mountain and surround the Cabella's building, it will be 55 acres of pure retail. Here is an article on it and the actual info from the Traverse Mountain people. The have put some signs up advertising the available space on both sides of 92 near the freeway on the Cabella's side.

55 acres of retail outlets are coming to Lehi area Deseret News (Salt Lake City) - Find Articles
