Help Us Please...looking For A Vet In Town For Our Cat!

Thanks so much for all your advise and referral. Today my little pug is sick as well. I hope it's not the food. I checked online to see if there were any recalls on the brand we bought and there was NO RECALLS. Suddenly, now the cat and out 2 year old pug is sick.

I guess I will contact Dr. Houston tomorrow and hopefully they have an opening. Something strange is going on.

Could it be the food. No vomiting just diarrhea (for our cat and our dog). Ah, something not right, I have a funny feeling.

Hopefully you're at Dr. Houston's today, but if you haven't made it in or called yet, Shelly at the front desk is super-competent and very helpful. Just tell her both pets are sick, you're suspicious about their food and the diagnosis your kitty got, and request an appointment asap. I'd consider this urgent enough to be able to squeeze you in between routine checks, rabies shots, etc.

Hello;

Just to keep you updated on status in regards to our pug and cat. Our pug is doing so much better. Pugs Malone is back to his own self again. It was a one day thing he had. However, I will be taking our cat to see Dr Houston. He is doing a little more walking around the house but not too much. He often hides underneath our bed and in the closet for some reason. This is unusual of him since he is a very friendly kitty and loves to be around us weather in the kitchen, watching TV, in the bedroom or sitting on the window pane. He hasn't been himself. He does eat. He has stopped having "poop accidents" and drinks water on a daily basis.

Of anyone has any idea as to why our cat is behaving so distant, Please let us know what you think it could be.

Maybe your cat converted and is now LDS? Apparently LDS cats have a reputation for being stand-offish and not mingling the non-LDS.

In seriousness, I recommend you post this on the Pets forum as that is more appropriate for the topic. I'm going to go ahead and close this because I think your question about vets in St. George has been answered.
