Hello We want to move with my husband to Summit Park from Provo. He is a ski instructor and I do Feng Shui and Teach Spanish to Businesses and I started having more clients in the area. We do not know yet if we will rent first or buy in the Summit Park (I noticed that it's a little less cost than Park City) or Park City in general. Do you know how much does it cost to rent a place for 2 people in the area? Do you know anybody who is renting a property and for hw much? Do you know anybody who is selling a property in the area? (to buy our limit is $340)
Thanks very much for your help |

One reason it costs less is the fact that it SNOWS a lot in Summit Park. Compound that with their narrow roads, steep hillsides, tall pines, north facing slopes....summer is short!
Try looking on the other side of the freeway |
