thanks. that is a family site, which my dad owns the rights to. i am not the photographer of all of the albums, but i'm catching up. i did the spain and iraq albums (with the help of my wife for spain, and some of my marine buds for iraq) as well.

i ought to say that i have enjoyed seeing everyone's shots on this thread. there are some very talented photographers among our forum family. kudos everyone.

Being a native Utahn, I am predjuice to the place, your images prove that my feelings are accurate. Excellent work. If you're not familiar with the area, try the Logan Canyon, Any time of year is worth the time, but fall is tourist/photo season as the aspens and maples put on quite a show. Tony grove (in Logan cyn) is spectacular in the late spring. The area reminds one of the European alpine areas. D Farr

Welcome Dee Farr! I've only travelled through the southern half of Utah, but think it's the most beautiful state I've seen! Where is Logan Canyon?

Gorgeous, Sty, & how sweet you & DW are w/ your baby girl! =) Do you only have 1? Ahhh, so nice & envied! LOL We have 2, so it means, dang, I have to carry one! =) We were in the canyons area last year, & got some pics like those. I'll have to look at mine & post. Thanks! =)

I love all of the pics!! I am moving to Utah in may/june of this year and I can't wait to get out there and take some photos.  I love the mountains!! I'm from iowa and ya, we have nothing but corn coming out our ears

come summer, I'll take your corn! It gets HOT here girl. I mean HOT...we are in the St. George area....my sister lives in Illinois just east of Savanna and Clinton, she actually fed exed some corn to me last summer, yum!
