Exclamation Kanab?

Since the 'Natural Family' vision was enacted in January, which claimed to be nonbinding, an enabling residential occupancy limit ordinance passed. While generous in square footage, has provisions based on relationships of residents. Mayor urged townspeople to report any homes that appear to violate new law. New draconian pet ordinance passed limiting residents to two dogs or three cats. Measure requires inspection on demand of pets and the premises. Violators must "humanely dispose" of not only the offending animal, but all animals owned. Any animals brought into town exceeding the limits must be disposed of immediately. Since the 'Natural Family' won't be rescinded, anyone not meeting the criteria should think very carefully before moving to Kanab. The Natural Family is a married man and woman, with many children. All others are un-natural!

LOL! Kanab rules! I never heard of anyone complaining about moving to Kanab because I guess I never knew anyone who wanted to actually live there. Move to Colorado City or Hildale UT if you think Kanab is weird!

Two dogs and 3 cats isn't enough?

I think your definition is of the Natual Family is a little rigid. I'm sure they would be very accepting of a man and a woman with 1 or 2 children. Are you saying that homosexuals are not accepted down there? Maybe Wyoming would be a better choice?

Oh, wow, good to know. I thought since the Best Friends was located right outside of town there might be a lot of animal lovers there- guess I will re-think that one- still going to visit but will concentrate on looking in/around St George. Do you think things are a little less wierd there? I am from Minnesota and we don't have "natural family" issues up here!

Pyr, I realize that Minnesohdans are known for a few ... uniquenesses ... but they have nothing on Utah and Utahns. Animal limits now prevail in most of the cities and towns - urban or rural. Not sure what the subject-matter of your original question was - but consider first, Mesquite NV or Durango CO - those are weird in the traditional sense. Elder Shawn (if indeed that is your real name) - you seem to be having fun with this one - Hilldale ? Ar-Ar-Ar
