Washington I-15 Exit 10 Developer
Does anyone know who is developing the property off of this new exit? Any leads along with which real estate company that they're using would be helpful. Thanks!

Correction--Exit 13!
 I meant to ask who is developing the land at I-15 exit 13, between the interstate and Telegraph road. Thanks!

Exit 13 - I15 Washington County
This development is known as Sienna Hills and is being developed by the Utah State Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA). I have not heard if any developer(s) have been given the "go ahead" to start building there yet, but it won't be long.
