I live in SLC and before this I lived in Fort Myers, Fl for about 1 1/2. I got transfered here for work and I did not have to make many considerations as I have no children. Different strokes for different folks, but Utah has been fine by me.

Cool.

Currently, I live in Riverview, FL and I am praying the real estate market makes a turn-around for the better soon.
By chance, are you working in the IT field?
Just wondering; I want to start making some contacts in SLC for possible IT job openings.
Do you know of any companies that would be a good place to work in the IT field in SLC area?

Thank you!!

My husband is in IT and he usually finds all his jobs on monster.com. Good place to post your resume.

I have been using dice.com, careerbuilder.com, and USAJOBS.gov.
I have also used indeed.com.

I am trying to find medium to large companies that are looking for a Computer/Network tech.

Any help is very appreciated.

Thanks all.

Yes, I also use hotjobs.com. And a few others. I am hoping that I will not have to move to Utah first to find a job. I would like to have a job lined up before I move there.

Please keep the suggestions coming and Thanks!!

I haven't been here that long. I live in South Jordan..very yuppie to me. I am more of a country folk than what I live near I guess you could say. I know outside of this particular city, everyone is nice that I have had to deal with, here you have to force alot to speak.
