Newtoutah, what cities are in Salt Lake County? Are there any Catholic schools in Salt Lake County (just in case I have to send the boys there if they have trouble with LDS children)?
I have a brother who lives in Layton (Davis County). He says the schools up there are the better schools in Utah.

Layton has great schools. My kids attended them for many years. Not sure about Catholic schools however there are some private schools.

I have noticed that while living here near Tampa, FL that the people are not as friendly as I thought. I just want to live somewhere where there are good people who do not care what religion you belong to.
Also, can anyone suggest a good place for a Catholic family to live in peace free from being looked at as an outsider.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
Thank you!!

Cool!! Where will you be moving from?
How soon are you looking to relocate?
I have to unfortunately wait for the real-estate market to to get better. The sooner the better.

Wow, I'm from about 2 hours south of you and also want to move to SLC/Utah in the near future. I don't think you will regret your decision one bit, based upon what I have hear from my family that already lives there.
Good luck!

Not sure how the IT field is. I worked for two different cities for 18 years and when you are working for the government it is pretyy secure.
