very cool, katzpur. i've always wanted to do that, and might eventually.

in the meanwhile, i forgot to post the final for my art project:


the printed version is hanging in the thanksgiving point museum, part of their NASA blast exhibit about the physics of light and what it has done for space exploration. these kids are life-sized (except that i over-exaggerated their heads and hands...).

oh, and i had to lighten the skin. long story, but it amounts to them revoking creative control from my boss and telling us after we had already finished it that they wanted white kids.

i still didn't make 'em white though, just lighter skinned.

Cool, looks like they are looking for katzpur.

The white skinned deal almost sounds like the dustup that happened in Prescott awhile ago. You can find all about it in the Prescott Forum or via Google.

i heard about that, and in fact, one of my friends on facebook now lives in az and mentioned that incident in response to thanksgiving point's decision regarding my painting.

Florida here but originally from Utah. How y'all doin? Dang if I don't miss dry Utah. Humidity sucks dogs. I miss the mountains!!!!!!!
