HELP! does my perfect weather exist in utah?
Looking for my idea of "perfect" weather.
4 distintly different seasons, with lots of color changing leaves in the fall.
ANY type of winter.
ANY winds or storms.
summer NOT over the 80's with LOW humidity.
does this exist in utah, and if so, where?
THANK YOU MUCH!

With the 80 degree requirement, I would say maybe only in the higher elevations like Park City.

4 distinct seasons - Yes, but some years spring & fall are very short.
Winter - Yes, sometimes can get very nasty
Storms - Yes (both snow & rain)
Summer not over 80 - No. Summers are usually in the 90's & 100's. Humidity is low, though.
Northern Utah would be your best bet (not Southern Utah), but it can get hot in the summer (not Vegas or Phoenix hot, but hot nonetheless).

I don't know if it has been an anomoly, but in Cache Valley (Northern Utah), the this summer and last summer (my first two summers here) the temps have been in the upper 80s - upper 90s most of the time.

I generally find any temperature under 95 comfortable here, because the humidity is so low.

I did live in Las Vegas for a few years, so I'm acclimated to HOT temps, but 80-85 is what I consider a "perfect" temperature.

I still find it too hot to do the activities I like unless it is morning or later in the evening. The low humidity does help (much better than the 85 degree and 90+% humidity that I dealt with in DC), but it *does* get humid on occasion, and I guess I have acclimated to the dry weather here, because when it got to 30, 40 and even 60% humidity, I REALLY felt it.

Hi all -
Willing to move to any state to get my perfect weather.
Job avilability does not matter, as I travel for my job to different states, and where I leave from is a non issue.
But not in all my travels have I found the weather I want. (allthough I do not really stay long in any one place for my job, so It is kind of hard to tell).
My special love is storms, (wind and rain, not the Dorathy kind). I love winter, leaves turning bright collors in the fall, and can not stand hot summers. Above 90 I just can not deal with. HATE humidity.
Thank you all for the responses!
