Default Tip: Censor Users For Yourself

OK, so I have to admit the last few weeks this message board has been trying for me. I like it because there is good information; however, the whole LDS/Non-LDS thing is wearing me out.

Then this whole argument over a moderator censoring people comes up and I just about give up.

Anyhow, I started looking around on the site and there is a way you can filter results so it hides comments from certain users. That way I can "censor" users myself (much like I censor Fox News by not watching it).

So, if you don't want to hear the LDS bashing you don't have to read those people's comments. If you don't want to hear how "great" everything is with the LDS religion, then you can filter those people's comments. If you have something against Riverton and you can't stand the people who always talk about it, you can hide those comments.

To do this:

1) Go to to User CP (It's on the blue menu towards the upper left)
2) On the left menu, click Buddy/Ignore List (towards the bottom)
3) Type in the user's username in the ignore list
4) click Save List

You, don't watch Fox News!?!?!??!?!.......This concerns me. The next thing you know, you'll stop listening to Rush Limbaugh. When's the last time you had an interview with your Bishop?

Please be culturally sensitive or I'll have to censor you. Askslc is non-LDS so you must use "clergy"

Ah, I sit corrected. Please excuse me, and allow me to rephrase.

When is the last time you have had an interview with your not necessarily ecclesiastical or denominational but being either is acceptable representative?........This PC stuff is really exhausting. Life was much simpler when Pat O'brian was eveyone's favorite Priest.
