Well it sits by itself, but very close to Ogden. Very close to Layton. To me in the middle of nowhere means.......far far from stores. It's really not far. I have a friend that lives there and she doesn't mind the drive to stores..etc. Its very beautiful too. I guess it depends on if you want to be in a big city like Layton lol

Visit his website at mountainecho.net Hopefully soon he will have his first issue out and you can start to see what the town is like.

Cheers.
Many thanks! I have bookmarked his site, looking forward to it as he develops the thing further. Our son lives in Morgan and works at Hill AFB ... we are considering retiring to the area. Thanks again for the information.

And thanks to all other posters as well.

That comment about out in the middle of nowhere was in reference to Fountain Green...before being informed of a Mountain Green. Fountain Green is in the middle of nowhere. (as so are the small towns next to it)

I had the same question. Google Maps shows it about 50 miles south of Provo, 'bout 13 miles east of I15 on highway 132. I've now told you more than I know about Fountain Green <grin>.
