I'm partially Korean, and my mom likes a place here in SLC called Ejo. It was pretty authentic. Here's the map:

Micro Brew Pub
Last weekend my husband and I tried out Desert Edge Brewery at Trolley Square. They have a small selection of their own beer brews, that have won several awards - all Utah 3.2 compliant and pretty good-tasting. We can recommend the Latter Day Stout and Happy Valley Hefeweisen. Food-wise there is reasonable selection of salads, pastas & southwestern offerings including daily blackboard specials, all priced under $10. We tried the crab-cakes appetiser (yummy), orange chili chicken tacos (a blackboard special) and chile verde burrito. The main meals were served with a very nice selection of black beans, avocado and salad including orange segments and jicama. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The service was excellent, although we ate early before the place started to fill-up.

Well if Logan is in your travels, I like the Coppermill, can't beat a 5.99 shrimp cocktail..
The White Owl is also unique, it is a beer bar, or whatever UTAH classifies it as.
but they serve some great food, regular bar fare with a personal touch
Cafe Rio, is ok, its a spin off of a resturant in Denver(can't remember the name) but the concept is great, cause it works.
Now to find good sushi in Logan, anyone have any suggestions.

Vietnamese
Vietnamese food is all about the pho. I have been to two that are good. There is one on about 3300 South Redwood Road. I think it's call Pho Hoa and is next to an oriental market (NW corner). There is another pho place called Pho Cali very close to this one on 3300 South just east of Redwood Road. The pho is good but the waitress there (long haired woman) is a total meanie. There wasn't a time I was ever there that she was remotely nice and ever really deserved a tip. I always returned because the food was good, but the last time I came in with a friend, the waitress was so standoffish that I think I am rethinking my choice. But, hey, maybe you won't get the same waitress or she might be nice to you!
