Logan Utah
Looking for as much info. on Logan and the surrounding area as I can get, good or bad.
It looks like there are trees and lots of greenery from the pics I have seen, is this correct?
It it a clean town?
Are there lots of nice neighborhoods?
Any information would be appreciated, thanks!

I have read some other posts about the area and one person mentioned a lot of white trash is this true?
What about illegal aliens, are they a problem?

I have never seen what I would consider "white trash" in Logan, though I don't refer to people that way. If you are asking if there are varying income levels in Logan, then yes, there are lots of different people from different income levels living in Logan.
There are also Hispanic people living in Cache Valley, though I have to say I have never asked them if they are hear illegally. Again, thought, I am not the type of person who initially makes the knee-jerk reaction that if someone is Hispanic they must be here illegally (clarification: I am not assuming you do that, just saying that there are some people here who make that assumption)
Logan has some really nice homes, cool, old historic homes (which I would love to have), older ranch-style homes, and a trailor park, some rental areas.

I guess I should have said tweakers, drug addicts, junkies, those who prefer to live on welfare, white trash.
Well if you had an illegal alien problem you would probably know it, so from your post I would have to assume that Logan does not have that problem.
Speaking of "knee-jerk reaction" who said hispanic??

no one said
no one said hispanic in relation to illegally aliens. but it is a good question and deserved a fair answer. I personally live where there are tons I mean tons of illegalls and it is awful. hospitals closing down because of all the illegalls that use them and cant pay, schools due to overcrowding said mine would have to be shipped out of district I said no way i want everyone to show citizenship, of course I was let in then, but over 35 to a class that is insane and the teachers spend all the time with people who cant speak english and mine do and they pay no taxes so therefore how can we at the schools hire teachers to teach the lanuage or have additional staff. I could go on and on and on. hopefully the borders will be fenced up soon remember we did vote on that and need it done.
i have been to logan several times and it is a great place, actually most of utah is, highest school rates, it is a nice state that really cares.

Logan is a really nice town, the only drawback are the air quality with winter inversions (that trap in the cold air that gets really polluted with no way to get out) and the winters are cold and long, but if you don't mind that, Logan is heaven (beautiful mountains, lots of agriculture, and nice people).

Are inversions common for all of Utah? is it like dirty fog?
