I don't have much experience with the area but I would guess Orem because of the influence of UVU. It also seems to be a slightly "hipper" city and most of the business seems to be located there.
Just an outside observation though. There is no liberal area of Utah County haha.

I cant even answer LOL There are more "open minded" or people who arent "mormon" that are sprinkled about the county...but there is not a specific area.
I definately wouldnt say Orem/Provo because that's the heart of "mormon families" and hardly liberal. But again, I think it's all the same as a whole.

Lived in Orem 21 years. Would definitely say that isn't a liberal area at all! I voted for Alpine as it's about as far north in Utah County that it's almost SL county.

What about Draper?
You left Draper out of your survey. It's probably not too well known but half of the Suncrest development actually lies in Utah County and pays property taxes to the county and to Alpine school district. Following the train of thought of previous posts, maybe since they are closest to Salt Lake County, the Draper/Suncrest residents are the most liberal?

actually there's been a influx of illegals in provo who nobody can count, but the statistics say it is still very mormon. if the illegals were counted, i would say less than 3/4 mormon, without counting them i would say 90%.

Amazing at how many people know the status of all the immigrants lol Regardless, Utah County, specifically Provo/Orem is as conservative-mormony as you can get...and the question is pretty much comical.

Even the most liberal place in Utah would still be considered conservative or at the very least moderate centrist by California standards.
