well at work we sort of joked about "only in west valley" so I guess it can count. I install dish network and me and a partner are at the van getting stuff out, he goes "holy crap man dont turn around". Naturally, I turn around and its a little mexican boy, probably about 5, holding open the front door peeing onto the front porch. I thought I had seen it all haha

Do you find yourselves saying "you bet" when you are in agreement with someone's comment. That used to drive me nuts when I moved to Utah. It's a friendly saying and it seemed everyone said it, but I found myself trying to find someone that didn't. I never picked up on it or said it, even though I lived there 27 years.

That's funny I still say that. Are they really fine......or do you want an apology. I want an apology but I still say it.......too funny...or I should say way funny.

The closest I ever lived to Utah was Evanston, WY. But I frequently visited and think the people are some of the best in America. And no, I'm not LDS.

But my main reason to post was to express my surprise that nobody has mentioned scones. Utah is the place for scones and they have the best.

Oh I hear ya there! We first discovered Sconecutters shortly after we moved here. *Almost* as good as the hoagies I was craving from back East. I had never heard of a scone, let alone tasted one before. Yummy!
