Default Air Quality in Tooele County
I'm wondering why there is no monitoring of air quality in Tooele County. There was an article in the paper earlier this week about the inversion in Salt Lake and other counties but Tooele was not listed, nor is it listed on the Utah Division of Air Quality page. We are thinking of moving to Stansbury Park in a few years and would like to know the air quality out there as compared to the rest of Utah.

Tooele County does not do air quality because it doesn't require an emissions testing like some of the other counties in Utah. I live in Stansbury Park currrently and it does have its bad days...like today for instance. It isn't horribly horrible, but it isn't great either. You can definately see the haze. Our haze is more from wood burning stoves rather than cars and industry. All in all, Tooele County has better air quality than the greater Salt Lake area.
