Well, what do you mean by a "non-Mormon" town? A town where there are no Mormons? A town that was not founded by Mormons?

Umm was just asking a question.
Because lots of people on this forum always say "S Utah is mormon country'.
I know that but was wondering if there were towns in S Utah that mormons were in the minority?
Just wondering..

I seriously, seriously doubt it. I don't think you can find a Mormon-minority community in Northern Utah, let alone Southern.

According to a SLC Tribune article from two years ago, there are four counties in Utah with Mormon minority population. Summit (Park City, ski resort town), Grand (Moab, resort town with lots of second homes), Carbon (Price, mining, lots of Catholic and Eastern Orthodox), San Juan (mostly part of Navajo res). I'd also check out Brian Head (ski resort), but Cedar City (nearest big town) is heavy Mormon.
The article has links to many other articles about shrinking Mormon majority in Utah. So you're not the only one curious.
LDS future may be divined from Grand County experience - Salt Lake Tribune

It was a legitimate question. I just wasn't sure what you meant by it.

There is no town that doesn't have some mormons. I would say the provo/orem area have the most, but that's just a guess. I mean there are some mormons everywhere, just like there are baptists, lutherans, protestants....etc

Nope....
There aren't any towns that aren't "mormon" towns in southern Utah. They founded them and have lived in relative isolation for a few generations, so it's the culture it's becoming more diluted with a more mobile society, but it's still the culture of rural Utah (northern and southern). Your question would be sort of like going to rural southern Texas and asking if there are any "non-Mexican" towns.
With that being said, less than half of mormons are practicing. And of those half that are practicing, I think you'd find they are like the rest of the world...too busy with work, kids, and life in general to worry about what religion anyone else is. For they most part, if you keep your lawn mowed and don't lower my property value, I don't care what religion you practice.
