Anyone live in Traverse Mountain? We are thinking of moving there and wondering what people think of it. I have heard there are alot of empty houses right now and we don't want to get stuck having no neighbors. anyone know what the average age of that area is, is it mostly younger 30somethings or a pretty good mix...?

Default Traverse Mountain

My daughter lived there for about a year, early 30s three children.
One thing to keep in mind is from either direction (north or south) that is one steep climb and we do have winters here, may be a challenge.
