True. Though I grew up here I didn't really notice this phenomenon until living out in the world of normal names. I would be at a party and meet someone named, oh lets say Zora, and say, "bet you're from Utah" and sure 'nuf . I know a man named LaVon and one named Sharon - a man. It's just tough to say it out loud. Then there are the Hyrams and so forth from the Mormon thing but to learn everything you need to know (and more) about Utah baby names.
Web site called The Utah Baby Namer http://wesclark.com/
An online help for parents looking for that distinctive
name that says "I'm a Utah Mormon!"

This is my favorite page; http://wesclark.com/ubn/

The kindness, my husband and I were shown at University Mall this past Sat. It was wanderfull on all accounts, it proved to my husband what I am allways saying to him, there are really good people in this world. So to all the people who offered ther help to my DH at the small shoe store and the encouragment at Macys thank you, you gave me the best Brithday gift ever.

I live in Kalispell, Montana. I enjoy your forum. I'm moving to Price (or Huntington). My boyfriend is working on the power plant in Huntington starting in June. It sounds like Price is the place to live. The lake in Huntington area looks great. Do they get alot of tourists? how can I find a house to rent? And it sounds like thers more than just LDS in Price, huh? Cool.
