Default Park City Restaurants

Can someone recommend 4 restaurants in Deer Valley/Park City?
Off the beaten path is fine, just want best food.

I have been to the Grub Steak Restaurant and had a good meal. I only went once though and it was a long time ago. Don't know how it is anymore.

Here's the link to Park City's television channel "PCTV" which has a great restaurant/dining guide section. You can scroll down the page and click on the Youtube video's previewing a host of P.C. and Deer Valley restaurants to get a first hand view of the food and atmosphere of the establishments.

I can recommend the Wasatch Brewery at the top of Main Street if you like pub food and beer. Other than that, I admit I don't know much about restaurants in Park City.

Default Park City Restaurants..4 good ones

Chez Betty is probably the best place in all of Park City-now that ski season is over..Inside the Copper Bottom Inn
El Chubasco over in Park City Plaza is a winner, Shabu in the Main Street Mall is worth it and Maxwells out near the Newpark Hotel is a hidden gem as is Jean Louis in the Gateway buildin in Old town
Check the Park Record newspaper online and get some of the coupons that several of the restaurants are running..

I really liked No Name Saloon and Grill. We went there twice on our first trip to Park City last April. Baja Cantina which is located at Park City Resort has pretty good mexican food, but I was sort of distraught that they didn't have any queso at all!

Prime Steak House is awesome (and pricey), as is Butchers for steak houses. No Name Saloon is fun, but it's more of a bar with pub food. Shabu is also very good.

Wow, pretty hard to believe they wouldn't have cheese available as it's pretty much a staple in Mexican cooking.
