We have 4 dogs, all under 40 pounds and all fixed. Where we live we are allowed 3, but can have the 4th because we apply for a "kennel license" and agree to be inspected annually or when ever they want to check on you.
Does Utah have anything similar? Thanks for your help in advance.

Try to buy a home on a culdesac with stockade fencing,
do not license your dogs but make sure they all have the Petsmart tags with their names, phone # and addy info. on the tags. Do not go for a dog walk with all of them at one time! Do not let nosey neighbors in your home or advertise how many dogs you have. Be responsible with your dogs!

I have 6 dogs and this town says 4.
It is just how you take care of them and no one will ever know! Good luck and take them all with you!

One more thing, when I go to the vet just to be on the safe side I just always say one or two of my dogs belong to my son or sister but to leave them in my name as I get all the shots done for him/her yearly or whatever.
