Arrow Anybody know anything about apartments in Vernal?

I can't find any info on apartments in Vernal on the internet. I saw about six listed, but no reviews, none of the apartments have websites...
If you have been to or lived in apartments in Vernal, could you give me an idea of which places are nice? I'm looking for a newer 2 bedroom. How much do they go for? I would prefer a luxury apartment. I hear the average apartment costs less than $500! That is cheap, coming from Houston! Any input is appreciated.

"Googled" Unitah County Newspapers and found The Uintah Basin Standard. A few rentals are listed. I would also try the chamber of commerce.

Default reply to living situation in vernal

If you want to find a place to live in Vernal maybe you could look up our ad paper. Its called "Nickel Ad" You are very misinformed about our rental prices. The average price on a place to live is between 1200 and 2500 dollars per month. Many of these are very NEW and NICE due to the sudden growth of our town in the past few years but there is no real "luxury" apartments. This is a nice place to live. Good luck to you

Do not go with Mountain View Apt, they are through Real Property Management!!! They are horrible. I dont know of any other places, we just moved away! Oh and it is not cheap to live there we were paying 1200 for a 3 bed room!!!! You will have to just drive around because there is nothing on line. I know it sucks!

I totally agree with this tip. I lived at Willowbrook for quite some time before moving out of the area for work. They have onsite management and maintenance and the people who run it are REALLY nice, they really worked with me to make sure I had a great experience living there!

Compared to other places in Vernal, the townhomes at Willowbrook are very big, and even during the oil boom their prices were very competetive!

They're in the process of renovating the apartments so there are a lot of new fixtures, flooring, etc. New playground equipment, large park, basketball court, and attractive, comfortable homes... needless to say, I was extremely impressed with the quality of life I had when I lived there! I wish they had some property in Southern Utah too, because I'm not nearly so happy with the place I'm staying now.

They even have a website, unlike most apartment places in town, and when I just looked at it again, it looks like they're re-designing and really going all out to make it an awesome resource for people coming into the area and locals alike... anyone who is looking for rental property should DEFINITELY see if Willowbrook has an open apartment before checking ANYWHERE else! You wont' regret it.

they're at vernalapartments.com

Happy living!
