Vancouver Neighborhoods Outside City Limits (Orchards, Battle Ground: crime, statistics, moving to)

Since we are going to be moving to the Vancouver area later this year I did some research on crime statistics for the neighborhoods. There are several that I cannot figure out where they are in relation to Vancouver proper. If you can give me some help that would be great. The neighborhoods are: Cedars, Evergreen East, Truman and Sifton.

Cedars is around the golf club, just south of Battle Ground.

Evergreen East is roughly between I-205 and 162nd Ave, north of Mill Plain (but not including Hearthwood and Park Place, the two neighbors just north of Mill Plain).

Truman is right around Truman Elementary, north of Highway 500, between I-5 and I-205 (roughly - I'm not sure where the neighborhood boundaries are).

Sifton is around Sifton Elementary. It's roughly the western half of the Orchards neighborhood.
