Someone who is either staff/student will have to answer that directly, as the biggest problem is actually getting IN to OHSU, not getting near OHSU. If you had on-site parking:

Morning rush hour (8am or 9am start): count on 45 minutes to an hour, depending on what part of Vancouver.

3am no traffic: about 20 minutes.

That's from the Vancouver side of the Coumbia River. Add whatever commute time to that point from wherever in Vancouver you are.

Morning rush "hour" has been spread between about 7AM to 10AM ~ and then is still "heavy but moving" until about 4PM when leaving Portland comes to a stand-still half the time - the other half the time you might as well bring your dinner.... you'll be there a LONG time.
Depending how far into Vanc. you are, how far off the highway you are - some of the main arteries out of Vanc are a horror just to get TO I-5!
Hope this helps.

The employees I know who work at OHSU or VA prefer to work evenings, it is a pretty good commute then ~ 20 - 30 min The day shift will be twice that. (in general) and not much fun... lot's of 'parking' enroute
