KOCMOC is on a distinguished road
Default Vancouver, WA neighborhoods

Was wondering if anyone had an opinion about following neighborhoods:
600 Columbia St (downtown area)
NE 72-74th Ave and NE 54-56th St

Somebody said before bad things about Westfield Shopping Town (Vancouver Mall). Is the last address close enough to Vancouver Mall. There appear to be new construction going on, but I drove and looked at the existing surrounding houses - they look like a dump. Was wondering if anyone had a suggestion.

Thanks.

Always new construction going on There was even a little article in the other day's newspaper (Columbian) about how the city of Vancouver wants to expand it's borders. The critics don't want that to happen because they think that the city should first focus on revitalizing the streets that it already owns, (especially the older ones). Which I tend to agree with.

I live in a newer area off of 58th and andresen...newer development built almost 6 yrs ago. I love the area. Sadly were moving up north. I have wonderful neighbors and its quiet here in my neighborhood. I love it and we would be here many more years if my husband didn't change jobs.
