Question Property Appreciation in Camas

Does anybody have any information on how much homes have been appreciating in the Camas area and what might be a good estimate of appreciation for the next 10 years?

I don't think anyone can really make a good estimate of property appreciation for the next decade. But I do know that members of my family in the Camas/Washougal area have seen HUGE increases in their values in the last decade.

My mom bought her dinky little 1,000 sf home back in '95, (I think), for $76K. Her last tax assessment valued the same home for $212K last year. My sister bought her 23oo sf home three years ago for $200K and it was assessed last year at $240K, but she and her husband have done a little work on it.
