There are plenty of good houses right around $200k still.

Not sure why you're so paranoid of these 1%ers as they dominate every single one of your posts. But crime is everywhere and crime here is still well below average.

Have seen 1 jeep with the confederate flag here vs the dozens I would see back east.

There are better cities in the area with similar amounts of residents and less crime, Hockinson is one. You saying crime is everywhere is a broad generalization that does not take away from the fact the town is infested with four or more crime organizations such as 1% Biker gangs. They make the town look like the rich version of Mad Max.
