Yeah. Hopefully that's us in the next 3-4 years. But with only being able to put a single-digit down payment down, or low doubles, I don't see how that can happen when everything is being sold for cash, and at well over asking. Too many people with too much money out there buying multiple places, just to rent them out. Can't compete with raw cash. People seem to be parking their money in real estate, instead of the good old fashioned stock market. And that's not good long term for normal families wanting to buy a place to live.

If I read correctly, I think that's the general concept StealthRabbit was talking about recently. I guess we'll have to look into it.
