Hey all,

With the cherry blossoms and other trees in bloom now, are there any nice streets in the and around the Vancouver to see blooms right now besides Tom McCall Waterfront? Just curious since our family really enjoys them. From last year:

Clark College. They have a Sakura bloom festival, although I don't know if it is happening this year due to Covid.

Wow, I had never heard of that before. Thanks, Texasdiver. I'll have to check it out.

I did google the festival and it looks like it is 'virtual' this year. But that doesn't mean the trees aren't blooming.

As usual... Swing by here every couple weeks during spring. Free on Mondays, but do note the new restricted hours. 10-4.. No more sunrise >/sunset. Too bad, really a great place during those times. (Best lighting). We stop on our way to Bob's Red Mill, 82nd food trucks, spaghetti Factory, oaks park...or matthews memory lane, or Reed C events.

There is a private Rhodie garden in Vancouver, NW corner of I-205 and SR 14, accessible off Ellsworth. (Owner previously allowed public access, but not sure with homelessness issues.)

Rhodies are often peak the weekend before Mother's Day.
Plenty of early blooms in Crystal Springs. Azaleas...

Stealth, is there a particular orchard or farm you're talking about, open 10-4? Yeah, I prefer shooting during golden hour at sunrise and sunset, if possible.

I've been to Crystal Springs with all the flowers in bloom and its definitely a thing of beauty. I guess it should be starting up about now and increasing into April.

I meant that Crystal Springs has now reduced their hours. Hopefully temporary. Early yellow colors are likely appearing there soon. Lots to see nearby.

Clark College was a great tip! Took the family on a walk there today and was beautiful.
