Default Modern contemporary homes in Battle Ground

We are looking for a modern contemporary home with views of the Columbia,
I've noticed the designs are all very similar-siding, very little stucco, rock
facing, although it fits in with climate, Seattle seems to have more going on as far as "funky" eco style modern homes. Although they are pricier, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any areas around Vancouver with this type
of design/building going on?

Stucco is a seriously poor choice for the climate, as, in the winter, mold and moss will grow on the north, east and west faces of anything.

For more modern stuff, try this Portland architecture list:

There are some beautiful contemporary homes along the Columbia off Evergreen as well as on Prune hill over looking the Columbia.
