Default Anybody know of a good inline skating area?

We just recently moved back to the pacific northwest and are living in Camas. We also are just getting into inline skating. With a big family, the price to go to the rink is too much, so we prefer to stick to outdoor skating. We have no clue where to skate, though. The parks we usually visit have mainly bumpier and/or hilly surfaces, rather than the smooth, flat surfaces we really need at this time.

Does anybody have any suggestions for areas where the surface is flat and smooth? We don't mind driving into Vancouver, other surrounding towns in WA or even OR. The closer the better, but we also want to be able to skate.

Thanks!

There is a park along the river in Vancouver where people always go to roller blade. It's got paved sidewalks, so rough paths aren't a problem.

Renaissance Trail

There are other trails in town too, but that one seems to be a favorite.

Do you think they would allow that? I know we went to a park and were skating on the grounds of a school in Vancouver until we saw a sign that said no skating on school grounds. We were disappointed because it was a nice place to skate when school is out. I guess I could call them.
