I'm trying to find some information on the pay.

What I do know:
They only hire thru temp. agencies. Pay is $10/hr ($11.50 for night shift). No chance of permanent hire for 6 months....although 2 years is probably more like it.

What I want to know:
What is the pay for a permanent hire Machine Operator? I have heard that that it can go *down*. Could this be right? Speculation is because you then get benefits, they pay less?
