What part? Mill Plain runs the length of the town. There are a few neighborhoods along it's run.

Yes like st33lcas3 stated, you need to be more specific. Mill plain runs from downtown vancouver all the way to fishers landing so that is a pretty long stretch. So if you have a street # that would be helpful and we can help you out.

I didnt realize it was such a large area. So I'm looking in the 200 block of
NE 94th Ave at Mill Plain, a few blocks away from a hospital.
Any ideas of where that is/what it is like?
thanks again everyone!

That is a decent area, but spotty. the closer to hospital and the ridge of the bluff the better. A few MacArthur areas (south) and Burton (North) are not great.
Some sections of MacArthur and South toward SR 14 are very nice.
I would like to live on Officer's Row if I had to live in Vancouver, probably not affordable or really kid friendly.

It's a fairly old area with older houses. Probably not the most kid-friendly part of town, although I'm not really familiar with the neighborhood. You don't want to be too close to Mill Plain - very busy, traffic, not the nicest location.

thanks everyone - what neighborhoods in Vancouver would you say were kid-friendly and desirable? I hear about Fishers Landing but I'd love to avoid too much cookie cutter stuff if possible. I've also heard about Felida but somehow that seems far away from everything (is that inaccurate?). I really cant get a feel for other areas. Any suggestions? We're just renting for now and have a couple years befor the kids start school so schools are not imperative right now.
thanks!
