Default Fun things to do?

Can anyone list a few "must see" or "must do" things in Vancouver?
I am interested in both indoor and outdoor activities, and rain doesn't stop me. Thanks!

PS I'm single and don't have kids...that may be relevant.

Walk along the riverfront
Spend Fourth of July at the Fort
go to the Vancouver mall
go to church at Crossroads
have a chocolate milkshake at Burgerville
go to Portland

PS: we lived in Vancouver for many, many years and unfortunately there's not a lot to do there. We were single and married while living there and found ourselves spending more time in Portland than Vancouver.
