are we all forgetting about the little girl who was raped and murdered in hael del?!!!its my opinion that all these homeless camps should be burned down and all the child molesters be put in prison!! the damage they do children should NOT be a forgivable offense.i feel a ONE STRIKE law for rape and child molesters should happen!sure we pay taxes to keep these people locked up but isnt it worh it to keep the children safe?!!!im not paranoid and am not afraid to leave the house but these offenders are out there and and the law keeps letting them out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a parent, I am fully supportive of the death penalty for child molesters when there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt (including DNA). Or, they can be released from prison, but (since the majority of male) they must agree to castration and medication with Depo-Provera as well as registration if they are set free.

Walkerdawg i'm on your side, i can't stand the fact that these worthless human beings are allowed to just hang out in our community and possibly re-offend. We all intitled to our own opinions and like other things everyone has one, maybe if we could get our legel system to find a way to differentiate between actual sex offenders and inappropriate behavoir ther would be less of a problem, as of now, by the states standards, you would think rape would imply some sort of forced or unconsented contact but, by the states definition if you have touched another persons privates and there are more then 2 years difference in your ages regardless of the use of force then you are a rapist or a molester.
I would guess more then half of the states sex offenders have been charge with rape/molestation of a child according this definition with the vast majority being minors when the incident happened but getting charged as adults after they have turn 18.
If you have ever been inappropriate (like played doctor or you show me yours, I'll show you mine) with a friends sibling, neighbor, cousin etc, etc and there was more then 2 yrs difference in your age, you are a rapist according to the states definition of rape.
I am not opposed to castration of proven pedophiles except when young adults are getting lumped in with them for inappropreite behavoir like they are now.
