Default Camas - Commute to Downtown Portland

What is the commute like from Camas to Portland? I work 7 to 4 M-F in the Pearl District. Also, any concerns about future bridge planning and how that could effect your commute or wallet (tolls/property value/taxes)?

Working 7-4 will help a lot I think. My husband commutes to the Pearl usually once a week or so for meetings. In rush hour its a good 45minutes but leaving as early as you do I think closer to 30-35minutes, a little longer on the way home.
