Recommendations for real estate agent? (Seattle, Vancouver: home, prices, realty)

Can those of you who have purchased a home around Vancouver recommend an excellent real estate agent? I'm looking for someone with a lot of experience, very familiar with Battle Ground, Brush Prairie, Hockinson, an easygoing manner (I don't enjoy working with "slick" used car salesman stereotype personalities) and especially someone who isn't taking the changing market personally. I met with one agent who seemed in denial that prices have dropped dramatically and got the impression he would have a hard time with me wanting to pay current market rates rather than the prices from 1-2 years ago.

I have not purchased in Vancouver WA, but I have been a REALTOR for 28 years an work with the best REALTORS in all state. If you have not found a someone let me know and I will give you a name and number. I have a referral roster of agents I have work with for 20 years.
