Have 2 year old parking ticket. Re-entering Canada via air. (insurance, car)

Hello, quick question here.

I received a parking ticket 2 years ago in Vancouver and never paid it (I know, I should have just paid the damn thing). I am planning to visit this summer for a month. I am traveling via air this time and sold the car that has the ticket over a year ago. Basically, will I get flagged in their system when I go through immigration and customs for this unpaid parking ticket? Thanks for the help.

I'm no expert but I doubt it. If it was something more serious I'd say for sure.

Who gave you the parking ticket? City of Vancouver? If it's any private company we used to crumple them up and practice 3-pointers with them. If it's CoV I think you'd just run into problems if you try to get insurance from ICBC, otherwise you're in the clear. You can even drive up here with no issues, it's just a parking ticket. Speeding tickets may be another matter.
