I don't think so. Native Vancouverites have all seemed a decent bunch to me. Guess it depends on what you're judging on.

people in vancouver are no different, from my experience, than those in any other canadian metro city.

differences will be more obvious when compared to the US, and even more so outside NA.

same sh$t, different smell. that's the way i see it.
