I don't get a good impression from the father since he thought it was OK to let his son run and play in the hallways.

Kids make noise and most people are fine with it...but only if it doesn't go on too long, and definitely not in the hallways. They echo.

The development is fairly new, so I'm not sure how far along they are, but according to their website, there are outdoor spaces to go. Especially considering that Vancouver really hasn't had a winter this year, the flowers are already blooming, going outside is an option.

"A labyrinth of paths link homes, parks, and the river. Run or stroll along the 1.7 km riverfront walkway while taking in views of downtown New Westminster and watching the bustle of the Fraser River."

They must of seen some merit in the complaints for it to get this far.
