Are you asking a question? If you're considering eating nothing but bananas and apples for an entire week, I have no idea what you're trying to do and why. I think a diet of that for one month will either give you a bad case of the runs or some other type of vitamin deficiency. Unbalanced extremes in diets never work (if you're trying to lose weight. I can only guess).

I just want to see what it is like. Actually I wanted to brachiate, but since there's no place to do it I can't. Since most brachiators are frugivores I thought this would be tangentially the same.

I sure couldn't do it. My doctor would have a fit because I have diabetes. My blood sugar would hit the roof.

I love fruit and I still eat blueberries and apples but I have to be careful about the amount I eat.

I have a friend who goes on a fruit & nuts diet one week each month. She claims it cleans out her system. I think it would get old very quickly.

If I remember correctly the Beverly Hills Diet was based on this idea and it lead to deaths.

I doubt that an otherwise healthy youngish adult would be at risk of anything serious from eating only fruit for a week (other than the previously mentioned runny stool). You probably wouldn't have any serious problems after a month either, at least not that couldn't be corrected by resuming a real diet.

I think that eating fruit for a week would be safe.
I would worry about about eating fast food for a week!

A decade or two ago, over one summer, I ate nothing but reeses peanut butter cups, drank black coffee and drank diet pepsi. I survived. Why did I do this? you may ask. Well, I was poor, barely made enough money to survive, so one of my brother's would bring me boxes of things, and that time it was reeses and diet pepsi. First it was great, then it got boring, then I couldn't eat any at all, because it was the same old thing forever.

Fast forward to now, and I eat a varied diet of whole grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, greens, beans, legumes, potatoes, sweet potatoes and other related non-animal foods. No longer drink that crappy diet pepsi, still have coffee now and then, but mainly tea.
I would not limit myself to just apples and bananas, but if you want to do that, do it. I survived an entire summer on candy, pop and coffee and lived to tell the tale.
You probably don't want to do the apple/banana thing too long only because you will get really bored with it! The Fruitarians eat only fruit, including tomatoes and avocados since they are considered fruit, and they are healthy.
