sheena: It sounds like an absolutely delicious feast! I also agree, protein requirements are overrated. I never even consciously "think" about protein and whether I'm getting enough or not- but I've never had any adverse consequences or health issues. I think I probably get enough from Tofu and Silk Soymilk amongst other things anyhow.

Yum sounds great.

People always think I'm a vegetarian because I often order vege dishes when out, but that's because I love them. Vegetarian cooking is delicious and you feel so light afterwards.

Your meal sounds delicious...

I've been a bit broke lately so have been getting into vege curries (it's winter here) chuck anything in your slow cooker along with a can of tomatoes, some chick peas or lentils...YUM. So easy.
