I have been looking for some nuggets that are vegan. I have found several varieties that are vegetarian but no vegan nuggets.

I like to serve them on an appetizer platter along with some dips.

I haven't tried them, but it sounds like Health is Wealth might be what you're looking for! Also, Morningstar Farms makes a vegan "chicken strip", which you could bread yourself.

I'm guessing a store like Whole Foods would be your best bet for either or both of these .....

May Wah has packaged vegan nuggets, if you're in New York you can go directly to their market, but they also distribute to a few stores in I think 5 or 6 states, and do mail order.

Their ingredients: Soybean Fiber Soybean Protein Soybean Oil Salt Vegetarian Seasonings White Pepper Black Pepper Chinese Five Spice.

The product page is here:
Vegan Chicken Nuggets S

No idea how they taste, I don't eat soy. I'm guessing they'll be very fragrant and strongly flavored just based on their use of the chinese five-spice. It's a popular blend of seasonings in Chinese cooking, especially sechuan-style.

Pre-made
Gardein Nuggets: Delicious
Frys (UK/Aus/NZ): Also Delicious

Do It Yourself
Match Meats: Amazing
Beyond Meat: Haven't tried it yet but i hear it's eerily good

I second Gardein. There is a straight up chicken nugget type and there is also a more grown up version (slightly spicy).

I'm not even vegetarian, and I vote for Gardein. All the products I have tried have been great!

Yard House, which I think is a chain, has a whole menu section with their products.
