My favorite is very much like Bongo's.

A more Mediterranean one that I make is with - olive oil - quarter cup
lemon juice
oregano
basil
mined gralic
sea salt
cracked black pepper

Another favorite same base
cumin
ginger
garlic powder
soy sauce
1 T agave

I don't have a recipe, but I love the General Tso's flavored Tofu from Wegmans. Yummy.

Mine is similar to Bongo's, but I add 5 spice seasoning to it, a little thai chili paste and no water.

Just plain old shoyu and sesame oil, and topped with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Mine is an Asian-flavored marinade

Braggs liquid aminos
toasted sesame oil (Eden's brand is strong; some are too weak
raw honey
clove of chopped garlic
chopped ginger

I have a few other favorites - lime juice, olive oil, cumin, minced garlic, sea salt and pepper.

Another - Cajun seasoning, lemon, a dash of hot sauce and olive oil. That makes a good blackened tofu that I usually prepare on the indoor grill.

I use others, but those are the most requested by my family.
