Hello, folks. I would like some advice on an easy starter vegetarian recipe book. One with frugal recipes. Any advice.

Thank-you, for the recommendations. I think we will try to eat vegetarian twice and week and work our way out of meat. It's not so much that I am against eating meat, it's the way factory farms raise the animals that I have issues with. Plus, a plant based diet is, more than likely, healthier. I don't think I will give up eggs and free range eggs are not too difficult to come by.

"Eat Vegan on $4 a day" and "Vegan on the cheap". My only qualm with these books is that they don't feature very many pictures. I love lots of pictures in cookbooks.

If you have a good public library system near you, check them out at the library, and if you really like them, you can buy them. I like previewing books through the library before I buy them.

Oh My Veggies | A Vegetarian Food Blog has vegetarian and vegan recipes.
Vegan Recipes by Angela Liddon | Oh She Glows features lots of accessible vegan recipes; the same goes for Healthy. Happy. Life. | Vegan Blog | Vegan Recipes

Smart suggestion. I have not been to the local library in, about, 3 years. I like pictures in my cookbooks, too!
