We all need some fat in order to metabolize food. The best sources are from vegetables.
I get mine from coconuts, avocado and extra virgin olive oil.

Green smoothies can be a good source of greens for people who are on the go - or people who just can't stand the texture of greens. I know of a few people like that, although I can't imagine it.

I love my greens. Every day I eat a mess of them. No pig fat needed.
No reason for either/or kind of thinking.....we eat a big salad every day AND a smoothie every evening. We believe liquifying part of our greens intake increases absorption.

Cut an apple in half it's still an apple. Juice an apple it's no longer an apple. That apple juice will never be an actual apple again. 5th grade science books may tell you otherwise, but that's not accurate. You technically made a new compound by turning the apple into apple juice.

Your Chemistry is a bit shaky!
